Flash units
Minox 8×11 Flash
The Minox 8×11 Flash is a dedicated electronic flash unit for the Minox 8×11 camera system. Automatic exposure is provided over defined distance ranges, which differ according to camera type and lens aperture.
Automatic exposure ranges
Automatic exposure ranges are specified in DIN and depend on the camera model in use. Separate ranges are provided for EC cameras with f/5.6 lenses and for LX cameras with f/3.5 lenses.

Compatibility
The Minox 8×11 Flash provides automatic exposure ranges up to DIN 800. In practice, LX cameras support film speeds up to ISO 400, and higher DIN values cannot be selected on the camera.
