- Send the item with a short description of the fault and contact details.
- Test all functions before sending, including flash (or request “test flash”).
- We inspect and provide a written estimate and timescale.
- We proceed only after your approval; parts and labour are itemised on the invoice.
Turnaround — typical servicing 10–14 working days; complex restorations take longer.
